OT for Chevy dealer mechanics

I just purchased a new Silverado so I can go and get parts for my tractor. It is the bare bones model just like the old W/T series which it replaced at just shy of 300K with no major repairs.
Anyway, the bumper has a plastic filler where the trailer light connection would be but it seems to mate with a complete wiring harness.
Can I buy the part that would mate with this plug and come out to some standard trailer connection?
TIA for any advice.

Dave, go to your local Pep Boys store and tell them that you have a Chevy Silverado and that you need the connector that plugs into the Chevy plug. I just had to do the very same thing.

Mine was in the glovebox.

Dealership parts carries them but kind of expensive.
