What are they?

I was helping clean up Grandpa's farm and I found these two pieces among a lot of other things. I would guess the one is off of a fanning mill and the other seems to be a clamp of some sort. Anybody know for sure what they are?

The top pix is most probably off a fanning mill, you are right on that.

1st one is used to grade seed corn, separate the flat kernal from the round.
