What model of John Deere disc is this?

It has john deere painted on the side. It looks to be all factory. It has hand levers, but it is three point. i need some information on what model it is and about what kind of bearings it has.

Don't know the model but those bearings look just like the ones used on the KBA. Look on them there should be a "KK number stamped in them.

I'm not even sure it's a JD.The picture needs to be more close-up for an old cogger such as me but it's not a KBY, Model 100 or Y.

its a deere we had one one 2010 just cant remember the number i may have a book on it someplace

The frame and gangs look like a BW (BW, BWS, BWN, or BWA). I don't see anything about a mounted version in JD parts though. Maybe it was custom made by shortening the frame on a BW and taking the wheel assembly off? Or maybe Deere used a different model number?

IMHO the gang standards(parts key #3) on a BWA don't remotely resemble the tandem in the photo.

I may have stumbled upon the model #. These parts photos are of a parts cat # 940 -Model E Disk Harrow - 30Aug01.

I entered that part number into JDparts.com "where used search" box and this is what it listed 940 - E Disk Harrow - 30Aug01.

Parts catalog # 940 is accessible at JDparts.com for FREE. That's where I downloaded the photos from.
