i was wondering if it was posiable to load tractor tire's yourself.if so how do you go about doing it and what all do i have to have to do it..

All you need is a pump, and a special valve to pump the methanol, or calcium mixture into the tire. Oh, and a tank to mix the calcium, and water, if that's what you are using. Go to gemplers.com, they sell the necessary items, and might have a video of how to do it.

I bought a valve from Car Quest. Screw on valve stem. screw a garden hose to that. You can use Methonal, Anti Freeze or washer fluid and let it gravity in, or get a little pump to run with a drill. Works good:>)

Kevin we have been doing it for years here on the farm. For years we used a stand pipe , hose and fill fitting from tsc. Placed the pipe in a 55 gallon barrel and had a low preasure air regulator and forced it in. Now have a small electric pump and get the fill kit from TSC. Allows for you to let a little air out as you put the liquid in. IF YOU have several probably wort the effort but for just one tire probably better to hire it done.
I am knot about to men tion what to put in the tire , that topec has been beat to death on here too many times..Whateever suits you pocketbook is what it boils down to.

Methanol is flammable. Mix it with water before pumping it. Don't remember if your supposed to pour it in to the water or the water into it. Supposedly it can make a difference.

Many people use anti-freeze in their tires. A friend of mine suggested using the non-toxic anti freeze made for RVs and plumbing, in case you should puncture a tire it will not pollute the ground.

I have done it this way. Get the tire valve up as high as possible. Remove the WHOLE stem assembly, this leaves about a 1/2" hole to work with. Make up a hose assembly with a garden hose female end on it, and the other end a tubing that will fit loosely in the tire tube. Thread a faucet / garden hose valve into your barrel of fluid. Lift the barrel of fluid higher than the tire. Connect the hose assembly. Turn it on. It's a very slow fill, stay nearby, and do something else.
