135 Manifold Gasket

I'm replacing my manifold gasket and should I use permatex gasket on the gasket surface? I also bought new prevailing torque nuts as means of making sure I don't do this for a while.

On a side note I really would like to meet the guy that designed this manifold setup.

Would like to replace mine since there is a manifold leak. Has had it for a while. Noticed it is missing a stud. got the little dentist pick type thing and did some investigation. Looks like it is broken off. Think if I have a good year, going to take the tractor to an old massey dealer and have him replace all the studs when I have him go through the power steering. Kill 2 birds with one trip.
