Last fall when I bought my Ford 3600 I got a single bottom J D 411 plow with it. I realy don t need the plow and was wondering what it was worth?
I am in northern wisconsin in the middle of a whole bunch of trees and can not think of a good reason to keep it.
Thank you for your help

Put an ad in the "Classified Ads" under Marketplace and sell it. Someone may be looking for a plow. Hal

Single and dual (2) plow shares are always selling well to small scale, garden and hobby farmers( sorry, don't mean to step on someone's toes...). Check online(craigs, local listings) or at the classifieds here and see what others are selling them for. Tractorhouse, Fastline, may have some listed in the online editions. You can also place an ad that you are looking for one and see what offers come your way. In general, green farm equipment sells a bit higher than other colors, at least here in western OK, N TX, panhandle of TX. But it also depends on what shape it is in , if complete, etc. A pic always says a 1000 words. You got to have the right clintel to get the right price. Don't be in a hurry to sell and always check what the scrap iron price is, you don't want to sell it at or below that....!
Found this link, they discuss a 411 as being not very common, mentioned prices go from 230 to 350 in TX....hope it helps.

Edwin,
411 plows are quite rare and can bring close to a thousand dollars if they are in excellent shape. They are a catagory one three point hitch and are used on the little 320 and 330 Dubuque tractors. I would advertise it in the Two-Cylinder or Green magazine.
