anyone have an idea on what used 24" diameter 4ft long concrete culvert pipe might be worth. Looking to buy some.

Thanks.

See if you can find a company that manufactures the tile somewhere close to you. They often have damaged ones ("seconds") that they will sell for cheap.
Check for chipped ends, or whatever to see if they are good enough to work for you.

A lot of times the "seconds" don't have very much wrong with them - a chipped bell or spigot, and perfectly suitable for a culvert, depending on how the defect is located. Put the chipped part at the bottom, so dirt and gravel doesn't sift through the bad spots.
He may find that they are only made in 10 foot lengths, though, which makes handling them a bigger challenge.

no about 3 hours to the northeast (17 miles east of Elkhart).

Thanks.

Thought about plastic or steel too.

We used to get 8 foot concrete sewer pipe "seconds" free at the local pipe plant. Pipe sections with cracks, spalls, chipped bell/spigot, etc.) they'd give away just to get rid of 'em. They'd even load them onto the truck for us.

I just hauled some for a neighbor that had come out of a road job temporary road. They where 24 inch diameter and eight foot long. He gave $50 each for them. They where the real heavy walled one too. He said they where half price.
