will a catagory one plow work on a cat two one??????

i was wondering i have a two bottom catogory one plow i know you can get the bushing so you can use it with the catagory two.will the plow be right for the furry on a bigger tractor???

I run a cat 1 3 bottom plow on my cat 2 6610 ford. It works fine.

they will work but if your cat 1 implement doesnt have shear protection the extra HP will bend your implements...keep the loud pedal going easy and you'll be fine.

It's more a matter of tread width, than category! Tread width of tractor tires needs to be compatible with the plow! Try it and see if your first bottom cuts a full furrow, or cuts more than/less than a full furrow. You may have to move wheels in or out on axles.

my plow is a dearborn 10_8.which is two twelves i think.had dad to pick up the bushings to convert it from a two to a one.the place must gave him a catagory three to a catagory two it wont even go inside..

will a catagory one plow work on a cat two one??????
