We love to help. Your best chance of getting appropriate info is to describe clearly what problems are being delt with. From chassis issues, to engine difficulties, the range of potential problems is too broad. Jim

I JUST REMOVED THE CLUTCH AND TRANS. WHICH WAS COVERED IN GEAR OIL, I AM MOSTLY WONDERING WHAT YEAR THE TRACTOR IS? IF THERE IS A MODEL NO.? WHERE I CAN FIND A MANUAL THINGS LIKE THAT

Be a 1954. At that era I think the model was just Power King. The later Power Kings had the HP/tire size as the model.

I would start with powerkingtractor.com

There are also some groups on Yahoo. Try searching Power King or Economy on Ebay also. The clutches where pretty much the same through the later Power King Tractors. I have a 1957 and it had the same clutch as my 1978s.

I have that engine on a Toro Whirlwind 31" mower.
It's been a very good engine. I use the garden tractor to belt start it if it gets contrary. It has a lot of compression. Hal
