heater blower fan

Whats up guys?
I am working on a international 1486 with a cab.
the heater blower fan dose not work or run.
How do I get to the heater fan blower?so I fix it or replace it.
By the way it has air but that does not work eather but we we know why.

Take the lid off of the roof of the cab.

Do other cab accessory's work, like radio and wiper. All of these and the blower are powered through the cab relay by fuse box and then through the fuse or circuit breaker.

yes every thing works but the blower and air.
