I Have a Polaris 325 and it will not crank with
the electric starter, the lights will not come on. I can hand start it and the lights will work. It stopped working while i was riding it to check my cows. I heard a click while driving, and when i cut it off it would start. Thanks for any information. Amo
 
I don't have that brand, but there is a kill switch that I bumped below the light switch and key. Almost started walking home when I saw it.
 
I would start out checking fuses, was working on a Suzuki 230 for dad that did the same thing electic start wouldnt work but could start with pull rope after about an hour of messing finally found blowed fuse on frame. Be a place to start. Scott in Mo
 
i have a 330 and had almost the same problem, pull the seat off and the wires that run along the frame on the CVT side of the quad. there is a group of wires and i had 2 of them get hot and burn. i never knew it happened untill i pulled in i my shop,just fixed both and ran fine again.
 
Check fuses, battery and battery terminals.The battery on my Sporstman 400 can be stone dead,but will run if pulled over by hand.
