OT pics from last few weeks of work

pic of the white mixer apart is one that I have been descaling and painting the frame on in the shop. The pics of the mixers and pumptruck was the site of a dam on the Green river in Greenfeild Ma. that washed out during hurricane Irene in August the place where the trucks and equipment is was all washed down stream along with part of the bridge abutment one side is alot lower than the other we just have the job of delivering the concrete. The pics of the two crushers and screener are of one of the Pits we process sand at for the concrete I was screening some stone that was being crushed this past week

Excellent pics to illustrate the "behind the scenes" cost associated with a civil construction project. The general public doesn"t understand why readymix, stone, gravel, and sand cost what they do. Just a couple dollars in overhead.Good luck looks like an interesting project.

Spent bout 20 years driveing mixers, dump, lowboys, flatbeds, loaders at driffent const,co. Did most of our repair work in the winter if we could. are them 10 or 12 yard mixers?

I think I know that spot! Is that the covered bridge with the sign about the 'Deerfield Massacre' thing? The Abinakis kidnapped the gal and the husband caught up with them there...or??? I don't remember so good anymore, after all, it was 300 years ago...

the mixers are 11 yards well thats all we can get permitted for 11 yards puts the groos weight just under 80000# thats a fun time offroad they will hold 12 yards of flow fill or 14 yards of stone

Eunice Williams RD is the name of the rd the bridge is off of in Greenfeild Ma on the Green river on the town line on the north side of town the bridge is in realy good shape considering the flood waters washed out one of the peers and drooped one end of the bridge about 10 feet lower than the other end I think part of the dam repair project is to fix the peer for the bridge then the town of Greenfeild has to raise the rest of the money to fix the covered bridge I have seen allot of the washouts and debris from the hurricane in the area
