O/T Setting Clock 94 GMC Sierra 1500

My dad gave me his '94 GMC Sierra 1500--actual miles 47,000. I don't see any buttons, knobs, etc. to set the dash clock. Anyone know how?

Push the set button and then immediately use the scan and seek buttons to adjust minutes and hours.

I say "immediately" because the "set" function times out after a short while.
