OT: And another Scam

This one came in a text message on the cell phone this morning:

You have just won a $1000
Walmart Gift Card! To claim enter code WINN at
http//xxxxxxxxxxx

(This came from area code 202 which is the Washington DC area where the biggest scam ever perpetrated is. No surprise there.)

I received that same text message last week. Of course I assumed it was BS.

Yep got the Wall-mart one at 3:30am, I was not a happy person. I would like to wake that person up with a nice gift.

lately these scams been on the news, here in colo., i got one for a best buy after x-mas stating i won 1k also, needing to contact a http..i will call the news channel to see if they are interested in it...really, after x-mas gift card,,,how dumb, they think i am as stupid as them...
