I broke a the head off a bolt into a manifold, Whats the best way to remove it?

I have had good success by cutting the bolt out with a cutting torch. Cast iron will not be damaged by the torch. If you drill the center of the bolt out it helps. Stan

Can you put a nut over the top and then weld in the centre to the sheared bolt, the heat from the welding should 'break' it free, and then you a wrench/socket to finish the job..
