Been looking for a frontloader for my "new" tractor. Ebay and always going for just stupid high prices and far away..... Guy in town was driving by with a wagon load of wood while I was fooling with the horses. Stopped to see the new foal and of course we talked about the tractor (he has the 35HP version of mine). Just had the frontloader bracket on and I asked why he didn't have the loader on. Said he couldn't stand it and it was always in the way.
More joking than anything I said sell it to me. His eyes lit up and asked what I'd give. Told him that I wouldn't price his stuff and he should think about it/give me his best price.... He left and about 30 minutes later his kid shows up on a bicycle and asked me to stop by his house on my way home.
Only thing missing is a poo/bale fork and the loader is one that you drive in/out of to hook up. Super price and I told him so & asked if he was OK with it. Said it was fine and if he needed to use it he would just borrow my tractor.
We's both happy.....
