Hello I am looking for a place to buy a woodruff key .250 thick and 1.750 long does anyone know of a place

An old IH book shows 1/4 wide by 1 23/32 (1/32 shorter than 1 3/4) long keys. 1035 steel is pn. 117987, and alloy steel is pn. 118000 (subs to pn. 87897). 1035 is about $2 and alloy is about $5 per piece from CIH dealers.

Used to cut a bolt shank down and then section it, that was when we couldn't get our hands on 1 quickly.
Keeps the vehicle on the road to do its job....

Many farm and home stores have bins with them as will a good auto parts store. Or of course there are places like Fasneall etc that stock keys

You could also take an oversized key and fiel it down.
