I've lost 7 pounds in the last ten days. (Which I sorely needed to do).

All I did was start eating more sensible meals, quit snacking between meals, and switched from drinking regular Pepsi to either Diet Squirt or Lipton diet green tea.

I have a good incentive; our high school class is due for a reunion this summer.

I had lost about 15 after I had the flu the first time. I layed some of it to using that Z-Quiet anti snore thing too, keeping my blood sugar level so I didn't HAVE to eat. But I think it had my resistance low and I had a relapse,so now that I'm feeling good enough to eat again,I'm eating everything in sight until I'm sure I'm better and have my immunity back.
For now,I'd rather be a little heavy than be sick.

Watch the bread, it will help too. Keeping weight down is good for blood sugar, blood pressure and joint problems.

Good job.

Add some exercise like 30 minutes of continuous walking each day and watch the weight fall off even faster. Plus, you will be amazed how much better you feel with regular exercise.

I've had a knee bugging me all winter, but it's straightened out so soon as the weather straightens out, I intend to walk at least a mile a day again.

At an insurance company I once worked for, the Claims Manager (my boss) insisted everyone in his department walk at least a mile a day on company time.

He'd walk past your desk at maybe 2pm and ask if you'd walked yet. If you said, "No", he'd point to the door and say, "Then get out there and walk. You need to get your brains aired out", or something to that effect.

Had a knee bothering me once in while too. Got a knee brace from Walmart and did not have to wear it long to get everything healed/stregnthend up.

i lost 35 pounds last summer. had 3 dental surgerys starting in may. lived on can of chef boy ar dee ravoili and one snack pack pudding for lunch and dinner and luke warm water or gatorade. jenny craig would have been jealous!!

Had a job one time. Working with a millwright changing hangers on a running conveyor. We got crazy and started a contest over who could work with conveyor still running. We did it over an hour one night and I lost 5 whole pounds. Sweated it off I guess. The Millwrigh was in better shape and didn't lose any. Dave
