I've got a 36. Looks identical to the 35. The 36 is a 3 speed. I wonder when they changed from two speed? I repainted mine about 25 years ago. Use it sometimes to run an auger and a little neighborhood plowing and disking. Last time was about 3 yrs ago and I had to have the choke half closed to keep it running. Got to go through the carb. sometime but always seems like something more important.

Are they for sale? Kinda looking for a 36-38 D but don't want a basket case or pay large number of body parts for it. Where located?
Thanks.

33 Ds or 35 Ds, I"ll take both. Like I always say, once you have seen one set of Ds you want to see them all. John Deere Ds that is. What were all of you thinking!!!

Rick

P.S. On a serious note, if I were do re-do an old Deere it would be one of these or an R.
