Many good pics. Thanks for posting them. It's nice to see pics of green grass and short sleeves this time of year when we are so brown or white. I start itching every time I see corn being picked or shelled. LOL

The tractor that lost the wheel brings back memories of the two times I went through that ordeal. Both times with an A even! The 51 A lost the right rear when dad was planting corn. We took the loader out there and lifted it just like they did in the pic. How can a wheel that's so hard to move by hand come off on it's own? Second time was with the 35 A while sickle mowing. Stopped to turn and the left rear axle came out of the hub and dropped down insided the rim of the hub. Had to walk home a mile to get the jack and JD wrench. Jim

The owner of the g got it from his dad ages ago, will fixing the tractor he said he had not moved the wheels for at least 20 some years, he will use the tractor every year and no problems, what helped in stopping was the baler he was pulling has part of a jack mechanism, on the underside on the tongue, and helped stop it fast, look at the trench in the road it left, thanks rod
