I recently took my IH 284 tractor out of storage and discovered that the lift arms do not come up when operating the rockshaft control. Nor will they lower when the rockshaft control is pushed forward. They are basically stuck in the up position are there is no response to movement of the rockshaft control. Any ideas? Thank you.
