M59 Kubota tractor/loader/backhoe posted on about the scond page for $ 12,500. Tractor with 250 hr.. Got to be something shows a name and phone number but that is a $25,000 + unit . Watch and don,t get took.. Called the phone and got no answer, have no ideal what is going on but too good to be true.

If it's too good to be true it usually is. Lots of unemployed out there. Some are desperate. Some are honest but hungry....guess which one prevails.

Buyer beware.

it may be possible that whoever is selling it bought it on a payment plan and found it to be
a problem to stay up with the payments,and are trying to get out of it on a break even deal to hold their credit rating .

Glenn, what you say may be true but that only compounds the problem. If someone is wanting to get out from under some payments they would need to have a release from the lien holder to sell the item. Odds are they do not. Mike

Be sure you know how the security filing system works in your state. In Washington, seller or party providing financing files with the Secretary of State, under the Uniform Commercial Code. Filings can be checked on line now, so not as burdensome (and impractical) as it used to be. Bottom line is, if the rig is financed and the proper filings have been made, you not only get the Kubota for 12 grand, you get the rest of debt owed as well.

And you can bet that the folks down at the local tractor emporium, as well as the banks and Farm Credit, know how to file properly.

I know of several things sold here to include a Magnum 225 that were sold for what was owed and well below book. The 225 owners wife got cancer and he needed out from under it. Guy that bought it and the owner made the actual transaction at the bank and the buyer got the lien release at the time of purchase.

Guy just has to be careful. If the address or phone numbar are suspect I'd stay away from it.

Poster can remove it but it will say "posting deleted by auther", If the remove it it's because someone flagged it and brought it to their attention.

If someone clicks the "report to moderator" then it may go poof. On photo ads report to moderator is on the bottom and on classifieds it's the asteric(sp) on RH side by address of seller.
