Ford 4835 Fuel Sensor

Can anyone out there tell me where the fuel sensor is on a 4835 Ford and how it works. I added some "sea foam" to the fuel to clean the injectors and the fuel gauge stopped working. I may have messed something up. Thanks in advance.

Most of the those devices are just a float arm that wipes across a resisitor sealed in a housing. I don"t think Seafoam is the problem. Check the ground wire for the unit.
