Tractor meeting in NY

Old tractor club is meeting at our place Feb 14 @6:30ish, all are welcome. Rt 38 and 38B in Newark Valley. Between Binghamton and Ithaca. Love to see some of you there and if you do show be sure to ask which one is Fred and and corner me.
 
Can I come, just jokeing I come from near Newark Nottinghamshire here in the UK and I am chairman of the local tractor club. MJ

I'm sure all of us here in NY would be glad to have you. The question is, can you get here? Or, can you afford to get here? Or maybe even, why would you want to???
 
I really enjoy reading about tractors and equipment from your neck of the woods. Tell me what does Plant translate to? The one mag I read is Plant and machinery. Is it factory? And they describe Fords as preforce. What is that?
 
Hi Fred, thanks for your comments. Plant refers to all types of construction machinery and equipment. Ford preforce are the 1000 series tractors made from 1965 to 1968 also known as the 6X range.
