john deere 60 dual hydraulics

I have a 1955 JD 60 that has, according to the guy who i bought it from, dual hydraulics. It has the normal single hyd. on the right side, direction of travel, outlets on the right side and center. But between the powertrol and the rear end, there is a 2 in plate with a set of outlets on the left side, and a seperate handle for the hydraulics, not attached to the hydraulics on the right. I have never seen this before, and i was wondering if anyone has seen, or knows what this is, if its aftermarket or what. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the help, do you know if they are rare or if there is any value to them, thanks for your time and input.

I wouldn't call them rare but you don't see them everyday. Saw one on eBay the other day for $350.
Don't remember if that was the starting bid or the "buy it now" price.
