I guess it was a reaction to something I was eating..... Couldn't feel better now and BP is next to perfect the last week..... Still haven't made the doc, unexpected work schedule change knocked out the appt....

Been checking morning and night with an upper arm monitor that the wife took by the doc to have him check it and give a thumbs up.
