You might try www.rockauto.com. They usually have some really good prices and are quick about shipping too. I use them quite a bit. Just a quick look and it looks like they have one for $75.89 plus shipping.

Try Bob Utter Genuine Ford Parts www.bobutterfordparts.com

Genuine Ford parts at wholesale prices. Was able to buy a part for the wifes car here for about $50 less than I could get it from a local dealer....

For what ever reason Ford has come down on there parts and its cheeper to buy parts from them. There are alot of parts on a 96 7.3 that you need to have the engine serial# to get the correct parts for it. The map sensor is not an uncommond think to go bad and as it says to check all electrical plugs. Mine was running a little rough for a couple of weeks and I unpluged and repluged every plug I could find. Started it back up and ran smooth as silk. Theses 7.3 can be the most fickle engines ever built but will run with the best of them. Bandit

The engine serial # decal is on the top front of the engine on the reserve oil tank, Its behind the upper heater hose. Its a pain to see but its there. Hope this helps you out. Bandit
