info on hydraulics for AC-G tractor

I'm still confused about where to start with my hydraulic system on my G even though I was sent a manual from some very nice people. I have heard that the PTO needs to be engaged in order to run the system but what I know of as a PTO is not found on my G... is it hidden in the transmission? How do I engage it? Also, I can't for the life of me see how the fluid comes into the hoses, I am told it comes from the transmission fluid, but how? My plan is to replace the transmission fluid but when I have the system drained should I take the opportunity to do something to the hydraulics? AS you can see any advice would be helpful. Thanks so much. JK

I've never seen a PTO on a AC-G,just the pulley on the back side that ran whenever the clutch was engaged.Used to have a sickle mower on ours, that had a foot engaged idler that tightened the belt.

The pulley on the G runs when the engine is running. There should be a lever to engage the hydraulic pump. The oil comes into the pump from the back side where a hole goes to the transmission for the oil.
