if you are using modern view, fill out your profile.If you're in the classic rut, you have to put your email address in every post heading.....

classic view your name is usually shown ---your Email isn't unless you click on the blank space and a block should show you your email.. either click on it, or type it in and when you post you will see Send Email in the lower corner .

In classic - When you go to reply, look under your name at the top of the box. Just add your e-mail addy there

Mine comes up in the space between my name, and your subject E-mails automatically. Now if you mean the blue SEND EMAIL like mine says and yours says NO EMAIL. You do that one by checking the EMAIL NOTIFICATION box just above where you click on PREVIEW YOUR REPLY

People reading in modern view don't see the email tab... Just a little tidbit.....
