For right now it will cheer me up knowing those veggies are going into soups, stews, chili, etc. I wish I had some ground in SE PA. Just nice all the way around.

Real nice pictures Larry, I really enjoyed them as I spent 10 hours today plowing and cindering our township dirt roads.Keep posting those nice pictures of yours. Thanks

Larry - What do you do with those big green summer squash??
Around here anything bigger than a banana goes to the pigs.

You've and I have a lot of similar stuff. We've got two Geo Trackers here. I love them. Also got a 5 foot rear PTO tiller (King Kutter). Also got a few Ford tractors. Even have a Troy-Built Horse (no photos though).

That's looks like a pretty area in New Jersey -if I've got your location correct? What part of Jersey is that? I grew up in northern NJ, about 5 miles from the New York State border. I worked for a Deere dealership on Route 17 in Ramsey, New Jersey. Used to be a vegetable farming areas - but now it's just suburbs for New York City people. I moved out around 1970.

95 Geo Tracker buried in the snow. Was parked too close to my solar-roof during a big storm.

They're pretty good.Thats Boyer Chute off of the Missouri river my friend is normally after catfish he's 145 lbs and the biggest cat hes caught so far was 97 lbs he about went swimming try to wrestle that one in.The other water picture is the Elkhorn river.

Nice looking garden , wish that I could grow a garden like that , If we were back in Missouri I could grow one but here in Arizona its a whole different game., still haven t figured it out.
You were asking about a drum fish , they are simular to a carp as they are bottom feeders . We used to clean & pressure them up & make like a salmon patty out of them they weren t to bad.
They had a deposit in ther head like a rock they had 2 they rubbed together to make a noise , I guess as deterrent. I sure had alot of fun asking teachers what they were.
Larry I guess that I am still having trouble getting thru to your E Mail. I Don t know whats happened . John

Zuchini squash makes the finest sweet pickles and relish you will ever eat.Family loved the relish at Thankgiving dinner.I just mark the jars relish or sweet pickles now.Neighbor bakes the big ones with hamburg, rice and tomato inside.Pre cook the rice.I try not to let them grow big because that keeps the plant from growing the smaller ones.Zuchinni ,onions, cheese and eggs make a nice pie.
