Short memory

I was just going through gas and diesel reciepts for 2011 to send the gas slips in for state tax refund. June 7 slips had gas at $3.31 pre tax,diesel at $3.41. Last week of December gas was $2.88 pre tax,diesel $3.18.

what a bummer, now you wont get as big a refund.lol
ours figures out to around 5.76/ gal.

Too bad they can't be quiet over in the middle east. Speculators are doing everything they can to jack the prices around. At least that was the way it looked today in town.

Aw contrare. The tax is the same no matter what the base price is.

Just thought I'd pass this on for those of us with poor memories.
