didn"t even realize that it was Fri the 13th, even at the store when i wrote check, dating it the 13th,[i even put 2012 for the year,lol] listening to the news they said something about it being the 13th...must have too much on mind to remember it .. not that it bothers me, not superstitious...

Not really,but if you missed it,there are 2 more this year. Three Friday the 13ths this year total. I think they said the next leap year with 3 won't be til 2040 or something like that.

Only superstition that I'm a little cautious about is the one that says if you start a job on a Friday,you'll never get done. So I try not to start planting corn,cutting hay,things like that on Friday. It might just be a self fulfilling prophecy,but seems to be a little something to it.

Never had a problem with Friday the 13th.

Full moon is another story. When I was in a call center at an insurance company, we didn't even have to look at a calendar to tell when was full moon. The phone calls got significantly more strange.

What has happened on Friday 13th to make it so unlucky?
Apart from the devastating bushfires in Victoria Australia in 1939 which killed a number of people, nothing has really happened since on that day..
