You all have been very helpful on my oliver question thank you very much. hope somebody can help me with this onan engine dont have any # for it the plates are gone off it. what i need is a magneto coil for this old two cylender onan engine that is on a welder.cant get a new one need to find used one or one somebody has laying around they have not used. thanks for your help.

Yours must be like mine. Bring the old one - and the piggy bank to NAPA. They have them- suppose to be the same as some HD bikes...so...$120-130.. Or ask someone with old Harley Davisons if they got a good one....

Gonna have to have a picture or some numbers in order to help you. If you look on top of the block. You should find six numbers stamped into the block. That is the serial number. With it I can find out what you have. Onan made many two cylinder engines. Most common for welders was the CCK. But they also had the CK,OTC.
