John Deere 2010 3pt hitch

I have a John Deere 2010 with a front end loader on it. I was doing some plowing and after i finished, I backed the tractor into the shed and when I went to lower the 3pt hitch I could not move the lever to lower the 3pt. It was like the lever on the dash was froze up. The hydraulics for the loader are working fine. With the tractor off the 3pt did bleed off and i was able to unhook the plow but the lever still would not move. Any ideas? Thanks.

More than likely this cable parts key # 15(part # AT13231) is frozen. You might soak the old cable in a bucket of diesel and free it up.

I"ve soaked them and then chucked them into a drill to spin, push, and pull. Frees them up nicely.
