Checking electrical system

have and am familiar with my three no contact AC Volt Testers.
However I do a lot of automotive and Tractor electrical work and would like to have a DC model.
I do not like punching a hole in the wire insulation to check for voltage.
I have done searches but find none available.
Could someone advise me with a search term for this type tester?

Thanks for the Link.
Some time back, I checked on this same tester that was offered on eBay. When I contacted the seller and described what I needed, they said it wouldn't work????
Any personal experience with this particular tester---eBay seller might not have understood my needs?
I am sure you are aware of my need to be able to just touch the insulation covering and detect DC voltage.

Hey Jiles, a compass will work to an extent. Not real accurate. Keep eye on needle and move toward wire. Any dc current will create a magnetic field. Ask John T if he is back yet. Dave

Well--Looks like i'll have to get my grandson to bring back my compass!
THANKS--I'll try that!
