Well that sounds reasonable. 41.9 acres for $125,700 or 29.6 acres for $88,000. Combined total $214,500 or they will discount it to $460,000 if you buy both. Yea.

Well let me wade on. From where I am sitting here on the couch I can see Indian Mound. We are on the opsite side of the river also on a hill.
$ 3000 dollar an acre won,t buy anything on the west side of the river. I actually think that tract is sold. The preasures on land prices in this county are as follows. Cross Creek federal Wildlife refuge, Fort Donaldson National battel field, Fort Cambell KY and National recreationa area called Land between the lakes. The above four means the federal government own 38% of the land mass so just not much property for us to own. I manage to farm about 4,00 acres but not all in one tract.
