OT Chrysler 3.3 L minivan radiator leak

I think I found a factory flaw in the area of the radiator of my 2002 Chrysler minivan. When I removed the radiator because of a leak, I found the oil cooler was not attached anymore. It was hanging by the hoses and hitting against the front of the radiator causing a hole in it. You can not see this because of the cowls that cover up the ac condensor, the oil cooler and the radiator. I decided to photo the entire procedure and made a video that I put on youtube.
Oh, I did call the dealer and was told, tough luck, we have never seen that before.
Well the internet has quite a few references to this. Apparently, Chysler doesn't use the internet.
radiator problem and replacement

i'm not surprised they clain no knowledge. that might make them feel they need to do something about it.. :)

its not that uncommen for the cooler to floating around in there .
its very a lot for a mini van to leak coolant .
i put big hose clamps around my cooler after it was done .
on the drain you can slide a hose up on it it don't splash so much .
