Tractors with heat housers

I'm not on ours enough to go through the trouble to put it on. If I'm going to be on that long I just take something with a cab.
 
Here is one from several years ago. Just two blue
tarpaulins and a windshield.

Hey, that looks like the same brand that I was thinking of putting on one of mine. Looks like a nice 960 in the background.

LOL me too! Most of the time it's cold enough here to justify buying a cab for the winter. Just no fun blowing snow when it's -20 and you have wind chill to add to that.

Here is mine, a semi-restored 1957 Allis Chalmers WD45 S/N 234847 (stil gott ta paint the rims and decal and wheel eccentrics)

Got it on. took 15mins compared to 45 for the one I made. Changed the mounting a little bit so I could use the original brackets on the tractor.

I feel nuttin but pity for you poor f**ks that have to get trough the cold with these things.
We used to have these tarp contraptions on tractors back in the sixties,What a PITA they were,burnt the odd one down because of it.

A tractor with Cab and heater is all you would see me drive in winter.
 
Personally, I like it. No drilling, or ugly as hell cabs on a tractor that wasnt meant ot have one, one person can have it on and off in under a half hour. Plus its somthing you don't see any more, and at shows its a good conversation piece.
