OT Pets and Christmas

Well another one has pasted and another year our poor old pup has made it through another Christmas with all the grand kids running around him pulling and pushing him and pulling his fur and ears and feeding him everything they could. Everyone has gone home now and little boy got in his chair and hasn't moved sense, I think hes plum tuckered out. I think I will just leave him alone and let him sleep in his chair by the wood stove. My boys are just plain pooped out today after spending Christmas with my grandson. They are always glad when he goes home, so they can sleep.

Russel (little boy) is a 15 year old Red mini pen and after a day of 5 grand kids chasing him around he was wore out. I know there were times some of them kids got kinda rough with him and he never growl or bit any of them even though he wanted to he didn't. Hes a pretty good old pup and today he has just been laying around recuperating and taking it easy. It amazing how they know when to be extra good and let things go that he would eat me up for. Today he got a treat, A nice piece of ham bone to gnaw on for being a good little boy. Sometimes they can surprise you. Bandit
