Rusted Nuts other well drillers

Rusted nuts, if I remember correctly I think you are a water well driller in New York. I was wondering if the tool called LockLift is one you would use in your area. There is a video of it being demonstrated in YouTube that shows up if you do a search for LockLift. I don't know how to do a link and haven't had any luck trying. Thank you.

used to drill in NW. PA. out of it now, never herd of a LockLift, what it pose to do?

It's for setting PVC liner from on top of the exposed steel casing to the bottom of the well. Here in Montana the steel needs to be a minimum of 18 inches above ground and must extend to at least 25 feet below ground level. The PVC liner, when used, is to overlap the steel a minimum of 5 feet. I have no idea what the laws are in your neck of the woods.

No law here unless over 15 or 25 people use the same well, I had a cable tool rig . with a cable tool rig we run steel casing from top to bed rock or bottom, only time we ran pvc liner was to shut of water we didn't want, ran it from top to bottom too.
