Is that a 1085 Massey? Got one looks just like that, only paint on mine is far less red, and a lot more rusty, LOL.

Congratulations on the new place. I love the green grass and trees, they make it look very comfortable. Do you think that you will have any snow this winter?

Congratulations. Always a big day when you get your first place. Ours was pretty humble, in 1972, but helped us keep up with inflation and leverage into bigger and better things down the road.
