steering discovery

My initial problem was a steering sector bushing within the sector bore. now that i have the Girl tore down i have more than bushing problems and wish to ask for suggestions. In addition to the bushings being worn out of round , the 2 sector gear shafts have been worn beyond oem spec so looks like i am headed to replace both sector gears. i am wondering what you owners have for a opinion? be nice

Go down on the Ford 9n,2n,8n forum. There are several guys that are real good on these old Ford steering boxes.

Also put the Make, model and year of your tractor in your post. I am guessing that it is a Ford NAA from your handle but even then the year can make a difference in the steering box.
