Wealer PTO coupler repair

Have a Weasler push/pull type tractor PTO connector yoke that the push/pull collar has rusted up on the FIL's brush-hog and is difficult to use. Soaked it and spent a couple hours working it/cleaning it.

Is there a repair kit for the push/pull units? How do they come apart?

Pull the collar back as far as you can and I think there's a wire ring that you pry out. Then the collar slides off. Should just be a spring and some balls in there. I had to grind the back off the collar on the one on my baler. Things were worn and it just wouldn't quite slide back far enough to let all the balls release at the same time.
