OT Christmas Eve tradition.

Each year my family and I sit in the back yard with hunting guns and wait for reindeer. We dress it out before we go to bed and bright and early we get up and start cooking the reindeer steaks. If any of you are interested, be carefull. The one with the red nose will give you cancer. You can't eat that one, but you can stuff it and "Won't it light my trophy room tonight".

I knew a guy up in, uhh, I think Finland,MN who raised reindeer. He was a retired Marine. He told me that he tried dairy farming, but decided to raise reindeer instead. He makes his money from showing them at this time of year and from various aspects of the entertainment industry renting them from him.

Does he sell any of them off for meat? Reindeer (caribou to us) is a very tasty morsel, maybe that is why Santa doesn`t come around here?
