JD 5200 Coolant

Does a 5200 require any special type of anti freeze? Replacing a busted hose and wasn"t sure if regualr antifreeze would work or not.

Regular will work, but drain and flush the system because it's over ten years old, and use Dexcool extended life. It's about $8 at Wallyworld, and is good for at least 5 years. I haven't had any problems since I've been using it.

Spec is for JD Extended life coolant, which is Zerex G05 that you can buy just about anywhere.
