the steering wheel removal problem has been solved!...thank you Bendee,BobHuntress,,Bernie/MA,WillGreenwald,Hal/EasternWashigton,GeorgeRaush,DeltaRed and Gordo!

the least expensive method for me in removing the steering wheel was to spray steering shaft with WD40,next day use a woodblock and mallet,then repeat for 2 more days and WALLA! it poped loose!
Now i am diving into the steering box and seeing what needs replacin...GO FORD!!!
