I want to thank the folks out there for all the help I was provided on my question what was it.
The unit is in fact a Vicon power harrow. Now all I need is to find some teeth. Again thanks everyone for the help and advice. Happy Tractoring

TERRY...I just "googled" "vicon power harrow parts" and got 16,400 results. I did NOT take time to go any further, but that may be a start for your search.

I have a similar piece of equipment...LELY ROTERRO...that teeth are getting hard to find. Fortunately, I put a new set on years ago before changing careers and parked it under the shed.
