Hey Lyle.I posted some pictures to your thread a while back of a couple of white Moose.Well here is another one taken near Palmer Alaska.This big white guy is pretty well protected by the locals.I think who ever would "harvest" him might end up in a world of hurt.Conversations give me that opinion. Look close if at first he is hard to see.JH

I can see why its protected ; its a white horse not a moose . Never saw a moose with the head & maine of a horse .Nice try of confusion tho . God bless

Trouble is; white moose or dark moose, they"re all as stupid as they are ugly, and seem to think a Kenworth can stop in a distance of eleventeen feet.

Much too pretty to be a moose, and I lived in Palmer for 6 years and never saw or heard of a white moose.

I see occasional a white moose in the winter,they're loaded with thicks and look very rough and skinny.they usually don't make it trough the winter.
Some years its realy bad.
