OT, Snow in the East

Mighty early to have snow here in York County, PA. Calling for 4-6". I still have potatoes to dig. I also have a serious bone to pick with Al Gore.

6 - 10 inches are forecast in N E Pa. Put the snow plow on the JD M today. Just finished cutting corn this AM. This is just too early and too wet. Ed

Well if thing go like they do most of the time this year will make last year look like we didn't get any of that white stuff. I might be glad I have that M35 Military 6X6 sitting here if of course the guy who owns it lets it sit here that long that is. Guess I need to pull out the V-Plow and fix what I broke on it last year so it will be ready for this year

Same problem here in central NY. I've got 2 acres of potatoes underground. Last week it was 50-60 degrees and fairly dry. Yesterday? 3" of snow. Today" Over a foot predicted. Kind of wish I'd dug some potatoes last week, but figured I'd have lots of time. Yesterday's snow was tough on many trees that still have half their leaves. Especially the red oaks, black locust, catalpa, and sassafrass.
