GOOD quality plug wires

Gentlemen I need advice on where to get good plug wires for an IH 340 utility. I really don't like the universal, cut your own length ones. Would an auto parts store carry good ones or is there an alternative source?
 
7mm Magnetic Suppression wires for a 1800cc Datsun PU will be fine. The Suppression wires have real wire in them, and have basically zero resistance, but prevent radio static, Jim
 
If you don't have electronics on the tractor get wires with a copper conductor. You might be able to find wires pre-made for an older tractor. Otherwise, you will have to make your own.

NAPA has two quality levels (neither of them has copper conductor), I always buy the premium one.

You might get really good wires with a copper conductor from your tractor dealer or they could be low cost (but high selling price) Chinese junk.

Might try some of the aftermarket tractor parts suppliers like Steiner's their phone is 800-234-3480. For some reason the system would not let me put the link in.

Probably not,,, go to NAPA and get the best Belden wire they can not be beat I have replaced a many elchepo wire set with belden wires to resolve new cheap wire miss fire issues...

I have a pertronix set up on my tractor and have ran the spiral copper core wires from tractor supply for years with no problems. I can't think of any wire that would have any lower resistance then these.

Go to Autozone or Advance parts and get their "Low Resistance" Spiral-wound High Performance plug wires..
They are 1st-Rate and WORK...!

You put one end on, so you can shorten them as you like and I Solder the end of the wire to the end-clip (Silver-bearing solder).
My JD's start so much better and plugs seem to last much better..
